COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crt Solutions R2670A-CRT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidelberg-Harris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PK4M3D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WP5347028 manufactured by Heidelberg-Harris and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidelberg-Harris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UE442122EE490 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weiniview Brand MT8102iE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as GP377RTC1124V equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711T9C12711T9C32711T9C8 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular NT20SST121BV1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Super by Thk-T-ss-Tss and GP377RTC1124V spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original uAI9030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Waltron. |
